Hi, my name is Emily and this is my Personal Trainer blog where, under Your Journey, I share the highlights of what I’ve learned while studying to become a Certified Personal Trainer that might help you on your weight training journey and under My Journey, I share my own weight training program, starting from ground zero.
After decades of being physically active, mostly by enjoying solo sports but also attending a few group fitness classes or occasionally working with a personal trainer, this is a source of information of what I know now from my studies and wish I’d known years ago.
Whether you are a long time physical fitness buff or just wondering about the fundamentals of fitness, there is something for everyone looking to enhance the quality of their activities of daily living.
The human body is resilient and wants to be strong and healthy. So, there is no time like now to learn what you need to know so that you can live an active life and do the physical things you want to do today and in the future.
In the end, if I could give only one piece of advice, it would be this: ‘Just Go For It! Why be ordinary when you can Be Extraordinary’.
